Officials at Yellowstone National Park have raised the fire danger alert level.

According to K2 Radio:
Yellowstone National Park officials increased the park's fire danger level from "low" to "moderate" today due to recent warm and dry weather, according to a news release.
The park has not placed new fire-related restrictions or closures for now, but it says these guidelines and recommendations remain in place:
  • Campfires only are allowed in designated fire rings in 11 developed campgrounds and most back country campsites.
  • Extinguish campfires and make sure they are cold to the touch after use.
  • Fireworks are not allowed in the park and on other federal lands.
